Context
A native mobile app that lets customers discover the group’s restaurants, browse menus, book a table and manage their reservations. An intuitive interface with geolocation and push notifications.
Challenge
The group took reservations manually by phone, which caused scheduling errors and double bookings and cost the staff a considerable amount of time. It had no visibility into customer preferences.
Solution
A React Native app with a REST API backend, real-time booking, automated availability management and richer customer profiles. A dashboard lets managers handle reservations and analyze the data.
