Do I need to have a technical team already?
No. I can work with your team if you have one, or scope the product and then build it myself.
Do you work on site?
Yes, in Marseille, in Aix-en-Provence and on the Côte Bleue. Remote work is possible anywhere in France and abroad, with occasional travel when the project calls for it.
