Product Management Training
Three days with your team to share one method: deciding what to build, in what order, and measuring whether it helped. The workshops are based on your product.
What the team gets
- Training materials
- Templates & frameworks
- Hands-on exercises
- Case studies
- Training certificate
- 1 month of follow-up
Who the training is for
Working product managers and product owners
You run a product without formal training in the role, or you want to rethink how you work.
Teams getting organized
Founders, project managers, designers or developers: you share product decisions and lack a common vocabulary and common tools.
People moving into a product role
You come from project management, marketing, support or engineering, and you want the fundamentals applied to a real case.
No technical prerequisites: participants don’t need to know how to code. All it takes is a product, or a product idea, to work on during the workshops.
The program, day by day
- Day 1
Vision and strategy
Being able to say what the product is for, who it serves, and how you will know it works.
Morning
- What a product manager does, and doesn’t do
- Writing a vision with the Product Vision Board
- Turning the vision into goals: OKRs and metrics
Afternoon
Each participant writes the vision for their product and two or three measurable goals.

- Setting up an A/B test and reading its results
- Bringing order to user feedback
- Spotting the signs of product-market fit

Before, during, after
- 01
Before
A call to get to know your product, your team and its level. I adapt the examples and the workshops; this preparation is included in the price.
- 02
During
Each day covers the concepts in the morning and a workshop in the afternoon, on your product. At your offices, or remotely over video.
- 03
After
The materials, templates and exercises stay with the team. For one month, I answer the questions that come up once you put things into practice.
Frequently asked questions
Do participants need to know how to code?
No. The training is about product decisions: what to build, for whom, and how to check it. No technical skills are required.
How many people can attend a session?
Up to 8 people from the same company for the starting price. Larger groups are possible with a custom quote.
Where does the training take place?
At your offices. Anywhere in Bouches-du-Rhône (Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Côte Bleue), I come to you free of travel costs. In the rest of France or abroad, the sessions run over video, or on site with travel billed at cost.
Do the three days have to be consecutive?
No. They can run back to back, or be spread over two to three weeks to leave time to apply things between sessions.
Can the program be tailored to our product?
Examples and workshops are based on your product in every case. A program rewritten for your team is priced by custom quote.
How is this different from the online courses on bymodule.com?
The online courses are taken alone, at your own pace. This one happens as a group, on your product, with a trainer in the room for three days.
